TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1: Scope
 

1.1 - The prices indicated on our Online Card correspond to the tangible benefits proposed by the institute. The customer making an Internet payment following a booking is then irrevocably linked to the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the reservation can not be called into question except in application of Article 2.

1.2 - These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all treatments offered for sale on the www.allofzeninstitut.fr website and are reserved for customers over 18 years of age who have full legal capacity.

1.3 - Any order of one or more tanning treatments presented on the site implies the consultation and unreserved acceptance by the client, of these General Conditions of Sales and the tariffs applied. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other document.

1.4 - Any failure by All of Zen Institute to fulfill any of its obligations mentioned in these Terms and Conditions shall under no circumstances be interpreted by the Customer as a waiver of the Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or changed without notice. The applicable conditions will apply, then those in force at the time of the reservation of the body care, that is to say the day of validation of the service by the customer.

 

Article 2: Online reservation of a treatment

 

2.1 - Online reservations are made on the site at the following address: http://www.allofzeninstitut.com/book-online-massage-sensual
The services proposed for sale are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a massage treatment, the customer will be informed, after the passage of his order, by e-mail or by telephone. The order will be validated only when the customer has paid the full payment or will have paid a deposit equivalent to half the price of the service. All of Zen Institut reserves the right to refuse certain orders deemed invalid.

2.2 - Validation of the order: If the customer wishes to reserve one or more body treatments online, he / she will have to select his / her massage and proceed to his payment on line.
To validate his order, the customer must click on "reserve". Once this step is complete, it will identify itself by entering its personal data using the contact form on the site. He must then proceed to the payment of his order. The All of Zen Institute will keep the registration of the order as evidence of the contractual relationship between the parties and send a validation email to the client.

 

 

Article 3: Cancellation

 

Any reservation of the customer who has received a confirmation by mail from the reservation services of All of Zen Institute. All cancellations must be confirmed by email or telephone 12 hours in advance.


In the meantime, for cancellations due to reservations made the same day, we will have to confirm by mail or telephone, otherwise we will be able to pay for the service without any refund.


Delays of at least 15 minutes will not give rise to a refund of the service.

 

 

Article 4: Reservation modification

 

Any modification of the reservation is possible after having notified by mail or by telephone the All of Zen Institute at least 2 hours in advance.

Article 5: Modification of the service

The customer who wishes to modify the service after reservation can do so by informing the All of Zen by mail. Upon your arrival the staff will make the change in you refund the eventual overpayment or vice versa asking you to settle the difference according to the amount of the benefit.

Article 6: Rates for services

The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include all taxes (French VAT included). Any change in the legal rate of French VAT will be reflected in the price of the services presented on the website. All of our rates can be found on our massage card available to our customers on page: "NATURIST MASSAGE TARIFF".
The prices presented may be changed at any time by the All of Zen Institute.

Article 7: Information on benefits

7.1 - The services and promotional offers present on the site are offered for sale until the end of their validity indicated on the All of Zen Institute website.

7.2 - All the services of the site presented for sale are reserved for private individuals.

7.3 - The photographs and texts illustrating the care are given only as an indication and do not enter the contractual field. Therefore, although represented on the website, with the greatest accuracy, photographs and texts may, however, contain errors. In this case, the responsibility of All of Zen Institute can not be engaged.

Article 8: Payment and security

When paying the order, the customer will have the choice between the following payment methods:



- Payment by credit card via PayPal (except PayPal server unavailability),
In the meantime,
- Payment via a PayPal account.

8.1 - Terms and conditions for payment by credit card: The customer can pay for purchases directly on the website. The amount of the order will be debited only at the moment of its validation. Payment by credit card is secured by an encryption system using an SSL certificate. Therefore, All of Zen Institute can not access the number of the card of the client which passes in confidentiality.
Only national bank cards will be accepted by the security system as well as Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.


8.2 - Modality for payment via a PayPal account: The customer can settle his services directly on the site. The amount will be debited only when validated. Payment will be made through the customer's PayPal account. If he does not have one, he can create one free of charge directly on the PayPal website or by clicking on "Create my PayPal account". The payment via its PayPal account is secured by an encryption system preventing access to your bank details as a security measure. Therefore, the All of Zen Institute can not access the number of the card of the client which passes in confidentiality.

Article 9: Privacy Policy

In the event of partial or total breach of its obligations, caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, All of Zen Institut shall not be liable. According to the legal provisions of article 1148 of the Civil Code, force majeure is in a context of unpredictability and irresistibility. Expressly its considered as cases of force majeure:

- Strikes (means of transport, communication or postal services, regulatory restrictions, attacks, etc.),
 


- Floods, fires, lightning, natural disasters, ...

These General Conditions of Sales are written in the French language and are subject to French law. In case of dispute between the parties, the court with territorial jurisdiction will be the Commercial Court of Paris (France).
